New World Developments’ reputation for exceptional quality is something we’ve worked hard to achieve. At the heart of it is our end-to-end process. We design and manufacture virtually every component in our 7.5 acre UK and Ireland HQ, then we distribute using our own fleet of vans, lorries and nationwide couriers, meaning we are accountable every step of the way. Having that level of control and quality assurance results in more than 98 percent on-time deliveries.
It’s one thing to become the UK & Ireland’s premier composite door manufacturer, but it takes just as much dedication, inspiration and investment to stay out in front. That’s why we’ve invested heavily in plant infrastructure and production innovation at our 120,000sqft factory. It’s also why 2023 will be one of our greatest leaps forward, with exciting technical developments in the pipeline. We are proud to invest in home-grown ingenuity because it results in a smoother, faster sales process for our trade partners and even more reasons for their customers to choose our brand.
From manufacturing our own GRP skins and door slabs to state-of-the-art paint lines, high density polyurethane injection presses and profile bending. Our high performing, energy efficient triple and double-glazed units are cut to size, toughened and gas filled in our factory. Our in-house glazing artisans have created glass designs which can be matched from the door to the side and toplights. Every door is hand finished by our highly trained craftsmen and goes through a rigorous 27-point quality check on every door manufactured.

We have invested in the design and creation of SILKA, a revolutionary super-insulated aluminium window, door and rooflight system using Thermafill® insulating technology and triple glazed as standard, this complete range is designed with the future in mind. Exceeding current building regulations, and with an eye on future changes, New World Developments has put in a programme of continuous improvement to ensure that we are part of the solution for future-proofing homes in the UK and Ireland.
